End User License Agreement (EULA)
By installing, copying or using this Software, You agree to the terms and conditions of the End User License Agreement, and You accept that SoLo Software shall make calls when required.
This Software makes use of data, information and services on Your device, including, but not limited to:
- Using the network and making calls
- Reading User's data
- Writing User's data
- Reading and writing Log Files
SoLo Software makes use of GSM calls when running, however SoSoftware shall not be liable or responsible for any costs arising from, for example, but not limited to, the correct or incorrect use of this Software, wrong configurations, international roaming.
Moreover, Your SoLo Software License is linked to a single IMEI code and therefore to a single mobile or smart phone. In the event of phone substitution for any reason (including, but not limited to change, loss, etc.), End User shall purchase a new SoLo Software License but for the case provided below.
SoSoftware shall provide new Licence(s) free of charge to End User in case mobile/smart phone(s) is covered by warranty and provided that End User sends the relevant documentation to SoSoftware.
Such documentation shall be a copy of the documents from the Telco which state that the mobile/smart phone(s) has been replaced by the Operator/Supplier because of technical defects. Such documentation shall be written in English or provided by End User in original language but with a translation into English as well.
Acceptance of the End User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between End User (You), and SoSoftware SA.
If You do not agree to these terms, you shall not be entitled to use the SoLo Software in any way.
